Excellent with explaining; but, BE HONEST, in today's economy who has money lying around for a trip. People plan tris or can be impulsive. You should be more considerate of your demographics. My suggestion revamp your vacation savings plan.
People were very personable and understanding, professional, yet casual.
You did well. It wasn't overkill you got straight to the point once we went through the door. Disappointed I couldn't take advantage of that opportunity.
