Everyone was polite and informative. The vacation was for my son but I'm happy I attended. I was not able to financially take advantage of the packages offered at the time. I would totally recommend this to those who love to travel.
Nick was very lively but detailed during the presentation. Adam was very pleasant and willing to work with us to get a package that would work for us. 1st time there but I'd definitely recommend them to people. They were very hospitable and patient when explaining the details that very a bit confusing.
George did a great job on the presentation and Bobby also did a very good job going over all. He was very professional and personable. Thank you

I treated great by the staff that was at the Sundance Location in Monroeville. However, due to the lack of competence and knowledge of the man I spoke to on the phone who informed me I won the trip it didn't go as planned. He didn't tell me that I needed an appointment in order to pick up my things or that I needed to sit through a presentation. I found out once I drove 2.5 hours to the location and spent another 1.5 hours there trying to figure things out. All in all what I thought would be a quick and easy trip turned out ... read more
