It was a great presentation. The associates were very friendly at first and smiling, however once I told the associates I wasnt buying anything their attitude changed 180 degrees. I understand that they were disappointed however the attitude at the end prevented me from going online and booking the basic package. I felt bad with myself for not buying anything as their cold attitude at the end was not what I expected.
Excellent presentation. We did not however end up taking the additional offers after the presentation but the entire process was very pleasant. The representative that we spoke with was very accommodating and helpful with our additional questions.
My experience with Sundance Vacations was pleasant from the moment I walked into the office. We were greeted warmly by all associates we met throughout the night. The leader of the presentation, Marc, was very upbeat, interactive and informative. He gave a personal testimony about his experience with Sundance Vacations, and that definitely stood out to me.
