The presentation and staff were great, and we really appreciate the complimentary trip. My only complaint is that you can only access the Charter deal that one day. Seems to me if someone comes back to you once they are more financially prepared and have more seniority at work and can take full advantage of those vacation deals that you'd still them a discounted rate for coming back to you. But other than that everything was great!! Thanks so much for your time and knowledge!!
Our experience was good, but we were unhappy via not being able to take advantage of the second part of the package, but we are looking forward to going to Vegas. Hopefully in the near future, you all will run the one day promotion till @ least 3 or 4 days.

I’m not happy with our time share. We’ve had for almost 5 years, paid $4,000 for 13 weeks and only used 1 week. We don’t have time or $ to use the 14 weeks we have available. We would love to be able to go on 4-5 day vacations but it’s not possible with the plan we have. Now they want to sell us another pkg, The “V.I.P pkg” that would be more flexible. We would then be able to go on partial week vacations. However that would cost $21,000, plus monthly maintenance fees and another fee to book the vacation. I would prefer to... read more

It was painless. Everyone was very nice.
We were late for our appointment because we couldnt find the office. But when we finally got there everyone was still nice and accommodating.
