Although I wasn’t interested in purchasing vacation time the process was satisfactorily explained . Everyone was helpful. I told my daughter and some friends about Sundance.

Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and Informative. For someone who plans on traveling a lot this offers great opportunities for nicer trips down the road. The last minute trips are even nicer.
The check-in and check-out process for Ocean City, NJ is very frustrating. Valuable time is wasted that could be better used in O C. instead of Sommers Point. Especially on check out day. There needs to be a better way. Also, parking is terrible for 900 Ocean Ave. This is evidenced by the scraped-up concrete pillars between the spaces. Many vacationers have gone home with ruined vacations because of damaged cars. An owner was kind enough to help me by giving me his space to park for the week.
Everything work out well. The only issue initially was the Internet. The condo was clean and well stocked. I would stay here again.
