Place was clean and neat. Nicely decorated. WiFi was good. Definitely improved from previous years. Wish they didn't lockup the grills and pool. Their fire alarm is very sensitive and calls the fire department.
We spent the week at the height of the Smoky Mountains and loved every minute of it. Close to everything but away from the crowded streets of downtown. We saw three bears up in the mountains. The condo was clean, well maintained and offered spectacular views!
Very helpful with refund due to hurricane
Nice! We enjoyed our week.
very friendly, and was treated with respect..The presentation was impressive.
Brian and Shawn were awesome!! They really wirked with us and cared about or business.
Although I wasn’t interested in purchasing vacation time the process was satisfactorily explained . Everyone was helpful. I told my daughter and some friends about Sundance.
It was a wonderful experience and great offers were given to me
Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and Informative. For someone who plans on traveling a lot this offers great opportunities for nicer trips down the road. The last minute trips are even nicer.
