Good sell people
The front desk had all our information and paper work ready for us when we arrived which made check in fast and easy.
Everyone was personable and professional. The reason we decided against getting a plan was because there were not options in places we are particularly interested in, such as NYC, Nashville, or Austin.
This was our first time using our plan. Reservations was an easy process, friendly and professional. Follow up emails were A+. Check in was also very easy - friendly, professional service. Accommodations were acceptable, clean and a great location.
Lizette was extremely helpful and got my concerns addressed by the next level. Melissa the manager called back with in a reasonable time and took her time with me on the phone. My concerns were heard and addressed to my satisfaction
