The group presenter was SUPERB!!! Clear ... Concise,.. Thorough... Understandable The individual closer was very good. The ‘send away man’ was okay. He should learn to smile!

People need to be told prior to purchasing a package of vacations on the east coast beaches that room service and change of bed sheets and towels are not included unless you pay extra when you get there. I have 8 more vacations to use. And after my first trip I am not looking forward to them.
My experience was good
What people want to go on a week vacation and have to supply their own bed sheets and towels if they want them changed or pay a fee to have it done by the hotel. That's crazy!!!
The unit needs some updating and cosmetic repairs. It's a little dumpy looking. The door leading into the unit needs to be adjusted. There was a gap and I could hear noise from the hallway. Also the handicap ramp was way in the back of the building.
The presentation by your rep was excellent. However I was unaware that I could not comeback to purchase a package and unprepared to pay for one at the presentation. I would have purchased your smaller package had the pricing been held for me for two weeks.
Andre did a wonderful job with his presentation and was very informative about the company and how it worked. Tracy was the best!!! Her personality and character is both down to earth and funny...I truly enjoyed my experience and I’m thankful for the time and opportunity given to me...I look forward to doing business w/your company!!!
Representative was very attentive and skilled. I’m disappointed that the trip that we were told we would get for visiting them never arrived in my email.
