Nice place, close to beach, stores, restaurants and AC!
Easy check in process. Facility is nice, not fancy, but clean
Great experience
everything was fine.
Instead of having me drive 30 miles out of my way to pick up a piece if paper with a code to unlock the door keypad, just email it to me. The code to open the garage was not provided so I had to call; just email it to me. The door keypad code was set not to work until 4 and being VIP, I had early checkin so an additional call. However, everyone I called for the issues, took good care of me and so it was no big deal. We did have a few ants in the kitchen but we dealt with it. Very nice place, and a good location.
We had a delightful experience and hope the VIP lives up to expectations
It was nice minus a few things. The elevator was broken in Maui Banyan is carrying things up the 3 flights of steps was a bit much and the bedroom door wouldn't open all the way on one side Molokai was too isolated for me.
Really great team. Great customer service. If can’t afford a package they will offer another good deal.
Absolutely beautiful resort! Registration and check-in was very quick. Wonderful reception.
