Great offer, just not in our cards financially or with time off from work. Excellent rep did stellar job of answering our questions and working us through options. Referred a friend who vacations more frequently and they are interested.
We had a relaxing time. It was quiet. The pool was just steps away and my husband went every morning. Very nice pool. We ate lunch one day at the little cafe, food was very good and service was also very good. The place was clean. Check in people very nice. I did mention to them when we checked out, on two occasions, I received spider bites during the night. I suggested they clean around the bed I slept in. I knew they were spider bites and not mosquito bites because they were big and itched constantly even with lotion.
My agent DeAndre did a great job and seem like he really enjoyed his job, he gave lots of information and even personal stories and left me with a great impression of him and the company,

The presenter was awesome.
We were a little skeptical walking into the presentation, however this is a really good way to be able to vacation with your family at a bargain in the long run.
I loved the energy and comedic quality of Jimmy and his team. It was a fun atmosphere which made the pitch enjoyable, if it not were for some personal obstacles this last year I would have definitely bought the entire package offered without a doubt. My only complaint is I was not aware of your exisctance until the other day or I would have been a customer for multiple years already.
We had a great experience, everyone was very friendly and informative about Sundance Vacations. We can’t wait for our trip!
