We had a great vacation at The Palms. The grounds are well kept. The pool is beautiful and a highlight of The Palms. Unfortunately, the pool bar and restaurant was not open when we were at the pool. The Palms is in a perfect location in order to access the beach, great restaurants, and attractions in Destin.
The rooms were spacious and close to the beach. Everything was great.
Ryan was polite and very engaging. My husband is not a pleasant person and she actually handled him with kit gloves. He is not spontaneous with dishing out money, so I knew there would be no sale that day. He was impressed with the concept of selling vacations in bulk and complimented Ryan for being professional and very kind. She actually made him smile. Great job and very well presented!

Great location, right across from a beautiful beach and the ocean. Restaurants and shopping in walking distance. We were very impressed with the great customer service in light of a potential hurricane. Our rep kept us informed and up-to-date, with solid information in good contrast to the fear-mongering media. Loved our stay and we'll be back!
VIP details were explained clearly along with Orlando/Vegas opportunity. Everyone was friendly and made it a good experience.
