This was an average unit this was not a VIP unit they did try to make things better by giving me free towel rotation but I am still disappointed with the unit.
We were removed from the crowds but close enough to the beach for a very short drive. Plenty of space to stretch out.
It's all about the location. The unit itself was fine although there were a few quirks like the cable not working (couldn't change channels). But we hooked up our firestick and it worked fine. You need to be close to whoever you go with because there's very little privacy. Not a complaint. It's listed as an efficiency after all. Also the dryer didn't dry the clothes fully likely due to some blockage in the vent. Overall, the property of the location was well maintained. However,' response time to the difficulties in the unit we occupied was slow.
My family enjoyed the trip. The condo was unsatisfactory. Living room furniture was dirty and the sleeper sofa was broken and sunk in. The washing machine worked when it wanted to. One of the aisles on the stove didn't work. Somebody needs to inspect these units To make sure everything is ok before the vacationers come. We pay thousands of dollars and unsatisfied.
But locations were in great locations to the beach and activities. In addition, the places we stayed were clean and nice.
I had to give this week to relatives because I could not use it. They were very pleased with everything.
The Cottage was clean, but hot, since there was no AC! Also, the kitchen table broke, was not correctly attached to the base. I reported it to the Realtor, called Beach Realty. The shower is very small, but efficient!
