The room was nice and comfortable.
Everything was better than expected only complaint is travel agent through Sundance booked the wrong dates and my card was hit and I talk to someone about and they never responded back I just lost out on 125 or so
My experience was good very informative.
It was a pleasant experience.
A wonderful experience nice people all the way around. Really enjoyed our first man that told us everything. Could not have been better.
Information well presented. Adam went out of his way to present all vacation options. Thank you!
Everyone at Sundance Vacations treated us with respect and were very professional. We did not feel pressured which is a great fear of ours in situations like those. We understand there was a product to be sold and Chelsea and other associates made their best efforts to make it work for us. When financially able, Sundance Vacations will be at the top of our list if we are to consider a travel agency.
Representatives very friendly knowledgeable
Arrived 4 hours late due to HI but had an enjoyable stay at the Maui Banyan. We were lucky w/the weather & the accomadations were sufficient, but there was a moldy smell in the cabinet under the sink in the bathroom. . . I wasn't about to clean it on my vacation. We loved having the use of washer & dryer in the unit for towels, etc. & kitchen was convenient for reheating leftovers. Thanks You, Ruby Moy
