Everyone at Sundance Vacations treated us with respect and were very professional. We did not feel pressured which is a great fear of ours in situations like those. We understand there was a product to be sold and Chelsea and other associates made their best efforts to make it work for us. When financially able, Sundance Vacations will be at the top of our list if we are to consider a travel agency.

Arrived 4 hours late due to HI but had an enjoyable stay at the Maui Banyan. We were lucky w/the weather & the accomadations were sufficient, but there was a moldy smell in the cabinet under the sink in the bathroom. . . I wasn't about to clean it on my vacation. We loved having the use of washer & dryer in the unit for towels, etc. & kitchen was convenient for reheating leftovers. Thanks You, Ruby Moy
I had a really great experience with the presenters. They really broke down each package to make everything more reasonable for vacationing, and most importantly the staff were all very informative and friendly.
We had a great vacation. The location was good and the place was spacious and clean, very nice.
Amazing customer service and had a blast with the accommodations while on vacation!!
