Liked how the unit was laid out--gave our family of 6 a lot of room and privacy--the unit could use a complete refurb. The resort had a very nice pool and clubhouse with lots of activities. Enjoyed the cute New Bern downtown shops and restaurants and the Atlantic Beach was only an hour away. Overall, a great vacation.
This condo was a great fit for my family vacation. We loved the location! A 20minute drive to beach, boardwalk, asseteague island, water park and more! The screen porch was fabulous although some of the screen could be replaced. The kitchen could have been a little more equipped as well, but overall it was a great place to stay! The kids loved camping out on the futon and taking baths in the jacuzzi tub! The community pool was nice and we had a blast with live music and drinks at the yacht club. Thank you!

Great location and the studio unit was clean. The unit does need a little bit of updating but overall location couldn't be better. Close proximity to the beach, quaint stores and places to eat.
Had it not been so close to our closing on our house and our looking for a house in Florida, we would have jumped on the charter vacation package offered to us on Thursday, July 12th. We believe this is a great idea and as soon as we get settled in Florida I will be looking into buying into your Basic plan. Continued success, Yvonne Oliveras
