They take good care of u and they are very funny people o had a nice time

Excellent experience
The condo was dirty when we got there. We had to purchase a swiffer to clean the tile floor. We also vacuumed the carpets with a sweeper that was in the unit. The ceiling fans were very dusty and the widow panes on the sun porch were also dirty. The air conditioner was not working effectively so when we checked it, the filter was completely covered. We changed the filter that was in the closet and the air conditioner worked more effectively. The resort amenities were very nice and clean.
Reps were knowledgeable and courteous. They did everything they could to meet me where I'm at. Appreciated the effort
