They were very good at getting out formation. Fast and accurate. No strings atta hed with things jusy good business.
The Wight Bay Condo is Ocean City, MD was wonderful, the view from the balcony was great and the kitchen had everything you needed and more. The pool was beautiful and the walk to the beach very short. The entire place was very clean. Can't wait to go back again.
Always knowledgeable and professionable but personable
This is our 3rd year of using Sundance vacation to book our OC, MD vacations. The houses are in great condition and area/location is as decribed. We had a slight AC issue at the last house, although we didnt hear from anyone for the first couple of hours, the follow up was great and issue was fixed.
We had a really good time. The place was very nice and the weather co-operated!
The presentation was informative and detailed and addressed concerns of audience.
Had a good experience. Was able to pick the time to meet that was best for us. Everything was explained well. When I did had questions they were answered. Love the companion air certificate.
The Location was excellent! The Unit was nice but could use a few upgrades. For example, a new refeidgerator which was in defrost mode the first 24 hours which required us to purchase coolers and ice to keep our food from spoiling.
Resort is beautiful!! Our room looked exactly like the pics provided on the web site. Staff was very nice and friendly. There were so many activities to do within all the resorts. The food 1d delicious at every restaurant we are at. I would definately plan another vacation at this resort.
