We had a few issues with our condo. First and foremost the condo needs to have a real coffee table in front of the couch. We also had an issue with the electrical outlets in the kitchen. With three appliances, toaster, blender, and coffee maker, there needs to be more Outlets so that you can use all three without having to unplug and plug in Etc. If you had an outlet by the island it would be perfect. We also had an issue when we arrived check in time is 4 which is when we arrived. But we're told that the condo was not ready... read more
Great vacations
I have a nice family time.
nice clean rooms, everything need for the kitchen, the sliding glass door hard to open/close, one of the vertical blind slats was missing, allowing the sun to come in. The toilet seat was cracked, pinching my leg. The towel rack above the toilet was not tightened down, could not put anything on it or it would fall and the complimentary Shampoo and soap amenities were not left in bathrooms. They did fix the toilet seat by Wednesday. The grounds were clean, pools were delightful, access to ocean was superb.
It was an awesome vacation. Resort was one of the best I've been to in a while. Restaurants were good. The best part were the beaches, Harmony, Serenity and VIP beaches the BEST. Only complaint was the lack of wifi in the room

We had a fabulous time at Westin Cape Coral but we did have to upgrade to a suite. The one bedroom was not suitable for four and the rollaway is a single.
The resort community was 5 star. The rental unit was a 4 star. There was nothing other than a vacumn to clean the place. I expect to bring dish soap, ... But I need a broom, a dust pan, a mop, a cleaning product to clean the toilets, windex for windows (beautiful enclosed porch, but dirty windows). We missed booking Bay Shore Villa and this was a disappointment. We liked that it did not have all the stairs that Bay Shore Villas had.
The condo unit itself was very nice and clean well-kept we did not realize there was a stove top but there was no oven refrigerator was on small side the exterior of the unit was drab and dirty and smelly easy to overlook though due to the niceness of the beach in community
