It’s was a great value and presentation
The vacation was great but the property was severely in need of matainance and a deep cleaning.
We had a wonderful experience with one exception. The bathroom tub fixture was broken and leaked (a lot) almost the entire week we were there. They did their best to fix it, but as you know, in Hawaii, it is not easy to get parts. I do think, however, that they knew it was broken prior to our stay there and that it probably should have been fixed properly prior to renting that room out. Great 3 bedroom condo with plenty of space. Kids loved the pool!
My wife and I extremely enjoyed our vacation at the Williamsburg Plantation in Virginia. Sundance vacations was very helpful in booking and planning our wonderful time in Virginia. All paperwork from Sundance was in order for easy arrival and check in. Thank you, Ron

The room did not have the promised amount of sleeping accommodations. Had to stay up until 10pm after drinking 8 hours for a substitute bed to arrive. Bathtub was still dirty and filled with sand , definitely not a 5 star experience.
Condo was very nice. However the dock lock broke and we waited outside in the rain with groceries. Customer service rep called building manager after unlocking the door remotely. It was fixed the next morning and our vacation continued. Both reps of the company were very nice but u need a backup key or something on site.
Our Vermont stay was everything we needed and service was wonderful. We actually locked ourselves out of the cottage the first night somewhere around 9pm or so, and didn't have to wait long before someone came and rescued us! They have a great system in place at that location. TAN associates are always very helpful and friendly on the phone also. Thanks TAN!
