The studio room was clean, well decorated and comfortable. It met all of our needs and was nicer then a regular hotel room. The heated pool was a great treat. We went during the week of May 26, 2018 and had some cool weather. The pool was warn enough to swim in when the Ocean wasn't. The people at the condo complex was really nice. It is a very family oriented atmosphere. This was our second time staying at Sun Beach and we will definitely stay again.
Great program and prices. Promos should extended, but it's great overall for value.

The room was great and the location was perfect, but there . was supposed to be beach tags in the room to go to the beach the was located right across the street from the room. I called and expressed my concern as to why we did not have the tags and no Wi-Fi in the room. I was told someone would be by to bring the tags and look at the Wi-Fi. I arrived on Friday and did not receive my beach tags until Monday evening and no one ever came to look at the Wi-Fi , which caused me to have to leave my vacation early as I had some... read more
