Still did not hear back about the towel we left on the bathroom of the Quay
Ok, I don’t want to write a review.
My experience was great.
We love the package deals and everything included.
Everyone was very respectful and honest about their opinions on trying to get money for the resorts. I just didn't think it was beneficial to my wife and I, to spend up front money for a commitment that we're not ready to make.
The place was ideal for a family getaway from the city!
We had a great time!! However customer service should provide more information on what is been provided at the apartment when your are reserved for the first time. Also, checking in should be 12 and checking out should be 2pm.
Great experience I wish I had enough money to take the offer but I know it's going to happen next time
If l knew this company 4 years ago, l would not be stuck with a time share where dues go up yearly. I am in the process of selling and l will definitely consider Sundance in the future.
