This is the ultimate, low pressure, get away from it all vacation spot. The house is secluded and, Colin, the property manager is a superstar - just ask him for what you need: fresh lobster, snapper, etc. and you can grill it right on the balcony. Great diving, hiking and just hanging out on the beach. There are some good restaurants and the island buffet at the Hermitage is not to be missed. This was my second stay at Woodfield Manor and my son's first. The management and staff were accommodating and helpful with suggestions regarding dining establishments, places of interest and over all info. I was quite impressed with the improvements made to the pool area and the over-all grounds. The mini suite was comfortable, clean and spacious. Just arrived at West Dennis, and are thrilled be the "Inn at Swan River", totally awesome place. The staff is super friendly and the room is very clean and comfortable. Very happy!!!

I have not used my membership as much as I could have but the customer relations over the time I have been a member is great.
Our condo was quite a dated building and showed some of that wear. The overall maintenance on the building was good and the room seem to be clean. The building setback away from the beach and was a short walk to it. We expected a room on the beach. There also was no direct contact person that we could get in touch with for any needs that we had. I truly expected better.
