Kissimmee trip had its ups and downs. Had to have maintenance over to fix hot water, patio door, and door lock. Eventually-- mid week.. button lock had to be replaced with a key lock. Facility was meh.... nobody in clubhouse to ask questions, hot tub was not working (a MAJOR issue for me and a serious demerit) with no explanation. Even when H.T. was seemingly back in order, the jets did not work. Ugh. There were never any apologies,. explanations, or even signage about this. . The "Good" rating is for the courtes... read more

We loved our place in Williamsburg, Va. So beautiful, clean and easy access to interesting, historic places to visit.
Great location to explore Lake Tahoe! The rooms are small: 2 queens, no couch or seating & only a 2 person table in the minimal kitchenette. It's great for quick getaway but not really a family vacation unless you plan on being out & about the entire time.
I spend a nice and peaceful time in your facility, everything was fine thanks to the helpful stuff.
So I recently went to vacation and I went to Sundance to claim my vacation and customer service was great, the location was very easy to get to and all the presentations were quick informative and explain everything easily and the staff was great.
We really enjoyed the resort and the location.
