It was absolutely amazing!
The Heater/Air Conditioner was broken in the bedroom. Was given credit for a week, so 4 stars instead of 3.
Room was really nice, proximity to the beach was perfect. The only problem i could see was parking, especially in the summer.
Sundance took the time to answer all our questions. They are reasonable and will work with you.
My family and I had a wonderful time. The view was beautiful from the balcony and everything was perfect.
I actually thoroughly enjoyed the presentation and almost bought the vacation plan. My only negative comment is my disappointment that there's only a deal the day you attend the presentation. Having to fork out money without expecting it, or pay 20,000 dollars all at once doesn't make sense. Of course the best deal should be at the presentation but there should be other normal options. Great staff. Very knowledgeable on phone and in person. Responded quickly with any questions. Easy to book reservation. Can't wait to travel again.
In a word: AWESOME! Our condo was clean and spacious. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and this place was perfect. Location was central to all we wanted to do. No complaints about our condo or the property. We enjoyed nice people while walking in the evenings on the spacious grounds. There were opportunities to join a group on a bus tour of DC and Richmond. Our plans were full those days but it was very nice to have events available if you had some free time.
