Very clean, room was a bit small but the location was good.
Everything was great except that they were tearing out old carpet in hallway and installing new carpet. Sometimes they were pretty loud and you had to wait to get down hall to your room. Unit was great and I love property manager Kim Veneen - She always gets any problems fixed at once.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and clean but there was a festival called “Orange Crush” going on. We could not get down the street to check in due to the large crowd in the area. Unfamiliar with the area we had to ask how to get to our destination and circle around a few times. After around 10:30 pm or so it cleared out.
We absolutely loved our Maui trip! The Maui Banyan was a wonderful place to stay! It is convenient to the beach, several good restaurants and shops. We can wait to go back!
