It was a great experience. Everyone was very friendly and enjoyed my time.
Clyde the presentor was excellent, and James the soloist was great. All in all I love the conference no pressure very informative and done in a timely manner!!!
Everyone was pleasant and very easy to talk to. Most importantly not pushy. Would of definately signed but was not the right time financially.

I would like stronger deadlines on adding guests for check-in. There are no cut-offs and TAN customer service was curt and no solutions when I tried (I recently had poor customer service over this similar situation. Please look into this! When my delay on arrival was 8 hours from 4 due to multiple flight issues...Jamie via Emergency Customer Service couldn't solve the issue but she was so supportive and tried some options. We had a nice clean place to stay very comfortable for us. the weather was good. Did do some stuff in flagstaff.
The experience was flawless. The one negative was the sales pitch to "buy" a vacation package.
