We had a great time. Our condo could have had cleaner floors. Our socks were filthy from walking on them. Some of the places we have stayed with Travel Advantage were in better condition. RW was a big help to make our trip full of fun.
We had a great time. The only thing we needed was a balcony.

If this is in reference to my trip to Costa Rica, I really enjoyed it. The condo was fabulous and the property was beautiful. Very peaceful! GIM was helpful in scheduling excursions. They were pricey but worth the money. If I was to suggest one thing it would be to rent a car so you can have access to other beaches and restaurants. All in All a good vacation.
Although the condo at the Avista Resort had spectacular views the condo itself was filthy . Whoever was in prior to our arrival left underwear, bathing suits etc under the beds. Burn marks on the mattress . Not all burners worked on stove , needed the maintenance to come an change an air condition filter that had not been changes for months as it was caked with dirt. We have been Tan members since 2009 and had upgraded to VIP status and we have yet to have a condo worth the upgrade. We will keep trying and hoping that Sund... read more
