Received a call from Sundance Vacations starting that I had won a vacation. We went to the agency and watched a presentation in regards to buying vacation packages. Associates were very informative.
I received a call to review upgrade to my current vacation plan. Gentleman was extremely nice and throughly explained everything! Very good visit!

Not the presentation I expected. Seemed to be an effort to sell more cases of vacation packages. All I was hoping for was some guarantee of better accommodations, availability and timing. I did not see the enhanced value of the product.
IT WAS OUR FIRST TIME IN A WHILE NOT STAYING IN A VIP UNIT--THAT WON'T HAPPEN AGAIN. HAD IT NOT BEEN FOR THE EXCELLENT HELP BY SAGE STARR WITH SOME ISSUES IE. TV, STOVE, RADIO . WE WOULD HAVE LEFT EARLY. ALSO THE CELL PHONE RECEPTION WAS ALMOST NON-EXISTENT--THEY NEED A LANDLINE IN THAT UNIT...WE LIKE OUR NEIGHBORS WERE FORCED TO GO INTO THE PARKING LOT TO MAKE A CALL

Great service friendly really helped out to see what package was best for you and the fordable
at first I was offended by the intense pressure sale pitch. I did not come with the intent to up grade our package. I just wanted the trip to Las Vegas. i was really getting upset with the sales people. My husband was persaded to up grade to VIP & all those additional weeks. I hope we will be able to use them all. I hope are relatives and friends will help us use them all up.
My wife and I had a pleasant experience as we were introduced to the new additions to which we could add to our Sundance package.
