Could see that there were a lot of improvements. Some of the places can be a bit tired in nature. This had newer furnishing and the location was great. Still needs some work though.
The locations is perfect for visiting the Disney parks. close and convenient. the Apartment how ever, under the usual Tan Travel quality. the DVD did not worked, the tv signal got lost every day for hours, the trash collection was not clear or marked anywhere. The rooms was clean and quiet, but the hallways and stairs had many cigarett butts.
Dane was very informative without being pushy, which we appreciate very much. I'm more likely to buy something if I feel like I have the option to say no. Dane explained everything very thoroughly and gave us time to discuss it privately.
Silver shells is a beautiful resort. After you get furniture on the patio, the studio unit will be great. But no patio furniture is definitely a bad thing. The workers at Silver shells are wonderful and they keep the resort immaculate.

Everyone was polite and treated you right and didnt treat you like a paycheck and everyone explained everything very well
