It was all great!
When we pick up the keys from the lock box, please give us the correct code to get in because we always arrive after 6pm. This was the second year we had to call to get correct code. Very inconvenient to get through late at night. Did not like this vacation area, no office, no nice heated pool, or building to get snacks or talk to anyone. Very desolate. Nice inside, very clean. Except bathroom had some mold on windows, and back sliding door did not lock. Which we reported to maintenance. Washer was broken, took week to fix, ... read more
We loved the convince of our condo, we walked to the beach, Piggly Wiggly, the movie theater and restaurants. The Condo was furnished with ALL our basic needs, and we would return again.
Your service was awesome. Hilton Head is a beautiful place. Although it was not hot, the weather was perfect compared to Chicago and many other cities.
Everything was perfect
We had a good experience. A more thoroughly cleaned rental would be a great improvement. As well as functioning kitchen tools. Two can openers were provided but were both in pretty bad shape and difficult to operate. I couldn't find any kitchen shears. There was a steaming basket for vegetables but it didn't fit with any pots. I also could not find a dust pan
Keep up the good work
1. The front desk staff did not offer me any information about the resort. However, they offered my guests information. 2. The food needs more seasoning. 3. The hot water kept going out. 4. The whole separation thing such as VIP was ridiculous. That was the only thing that would make me travel with someone else. 5. Overall I had a good experience.
When staying longer than one week in same unit, alert me that the entry code will change on Saturday. Being unaware of this security policy, we came home from dinner later on Saturday evening to find ourselves locked out. Onephone call solved the problem, but not before a bit of anxiety.
