Powhatan was the best place we stayed so far. Most updated and comfortable beds to date. Upgrade the rest of the places and I'll give you 5 stars.
Nice, clean house... No issues aside from the fact that we were a 8 people and the house had a big enough table but only 4 chairs... no big deal for us, we took turns to eat ;-) The check in process was very easy (even after hours). Neighborhood clean and quiet, just a perfect vacation! Thank you!!
On the third morning of our stay we arrived to our condo and discovered our key code wouldn't work. We were locked out and had to make several calls to gain entry. The rental office was closed as it was a Sunday and the number they provided us with for emergencies said they would have someone get back to us in possibly 30 mins. The Sundance paperwork was in the condo so we googled TAN and they were able to tell us a new code to use. We were thankful for that but it was never explained to us why or how that happened.
Have more vacations in the Philadelphia area. 191. Zip code
All was good but the weather n dead part of season.... Also booked 2 different weeks @ 2 different times n still didnt recieve the TANS backpack or cooler carrier n call twice
The carpet was torn in a few areas, the TV looked as if it was going to fall off the wall and the front and back doors were very very drafty. Also the DVD player below the main TV was broken.
Great Place to stay. Beach decor throughout was wonderful
have always enjoyed the condos as spacious, relaxed and in good shape considering all different people going in and out weekly
We have been traveling with Sundance Vacations & TAN for 13 years and have never been disappointed. We have been from Hilton Head to Florida, Phoenix Ar. even Costa Rica and loved them all. Thank you for helping us live a DREAM, Alan & Dorothy
