Make sure the HVAC filter is clean. You likely can’t control it, but construction work on the unit right upstairs doesn’t make for a relaxing environment.
the condo was nice, older furniture that has a few marks on chairs and i had to report it, i had a issue with the tv in the kids room and it took all 3 days to fix but it was the weekend, the grounds are beautiful lots for kids to do even off season, the only thing i didn't get a welcome package with instructions, or places to visit, an, although i picked a bad time of the season to go my family still enjoyed the beach the service to take you to different place was not available to the site and the resort never knew, but ov... read more
We had a great time once we arrived. We spent the first night in the airport due to a tornado on the island while in flight. We got all the way to Treasure Cay and had to go back to Fort Lauderdale because the pilot couldn't land the plane. We got another flight out the next day about 12:00 pm and arrived with 5 other people. Because we were all in the same boat we became friends and spent a lot of time together throughout the vacation. When I reached the ripe young age of 75, I decided I would do a one day bike ride of 75 miles. Thanks to my membership with Travel Advantage Network, and the great properties available, on December 3rd, I was able to accomplish that goal while staying in a TAN property in Sea Pine, Hilton Head Island, Sc. One of the many fantastic vacations thanks to TAN. Jim H.
It might have been better if U returned my phone message re: problems w/minor issues.
The pull out sleeper sofa was terribly uncomfortable. We ended up purchasing an inflatable mattress to sleep on. The rest of the facility was very nice.
Both our week on Kauai and our week on Maui we're exceptional! I don't think they could have been improved upon! Thanks Sundance!
