The guy who explained everything to me did a good job. I think his name was Ian. He went through the whole presentation at a good pace and kept asking if I had any questions. The only issue I had was with the person who I had to see after to receive the tablet. He was tall, bald and had a beard. He rushed me when I tried asking him a few questions. Your staff are well trained and not pushy. Felt comfortable talking with them.
Everybody was very nice and professional. The vacation program is amazing.
