Friendly staff, able to give us a package that was right for my family and looking forward to scheduling our vacations for our whole family and my wife and I.
The service was fantastic. The people really kind and genuine.. Chelsea was our representative who explained everything so easy and simple.Alex the supervisor made our dreams come true for my family.
The experience was very well run and smooth. The presentation was about what I expected. The vacation package was intriguing, but I wasn't in a place to commit to it at this time.
I think it was worth it if I had the money right now I would invest.

The presentation was nice and the staff were not pushy but that's where it stopped for great service. We did not buy a package deal but were provided a certificate for a nice vacation in exchange for listening to the presentation. We signed up for a cruise to Bermuda, paid our fees and waited for our notification to book our trip. We were told originally we could add our son but would have to pay for his fees which was not a problem. The customer service people were rude and unhelpful. Ryan and George were very professional and considerate of potential clients. I thought it was a great deal and a great opportunity. It was very well presented. I travel a lot and have sat in a lot of sales promotions for vacations in USA and abroad. I thought this was the best one. Keep up the great work
