The place was very nice. We just had 2 minor issues. We couldn't use the pool because the pool fee was not paid for our unit. Second thing is we closed the patio door and were locked out of the unit at12o'clock at nite.
Very professional, generous with ppl with a tight budget, very polite, kind, and respectful. I would absolutely purchase a vacation package from this company, the deals are too good to be real.
Professional staff
The only reason I gave three stars is that I could not afford the deals at the time but would have liked to access them at a later date, and that wasn't an option. I felt sad that I was cut out of participating. HOWEVER, everyone was extremely courteous. Excellent customer service.
