Though I wasn't interested in signing up with them at the time, Sundance vacations made sure I felt comfortable during their hard sell. They provided me ample information to make an informed decision. The atmosphere was lighthearted and not intimidating.
Very nice and knowledgeable staff, no hard sell. The "gift" has a bit too many restrictions.
