The company was very accommodating. We had a 2.5 hour drive from Maryland and arrived 30 minutes before the group presentation. We were given a private presentation by a very well polished young man.

I'm not very good at hearing numbers or figures and being able to follow the presentation. Our representative Lauren was very helpful and patient as she explained the packages again (and again) until I fully understood and could make a properly informed decision. I really appreciated Lauren's easy-going temperament and friendly disposition. Actually, everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful.
