Check in was easy and painless, room was clean, although not enough towels I managed ok, location was good.

You guys were surpurb. The program offered is exceptional when compared to traditional timeshare. The team was extremely professional. Wish we had more time to explore all our options. Well done.
Very friendly & accommodating.
You did great in having that resort as part of the offerings. Food wasn't great at the buffet, but I feel that is just the culture. The restaurants though were amazing. The LHVC people were rude and pushy. I did not appreciate that at all and in fact they upset my vacation for at least a day with how they left me feeling.
Ryan was awesome. She explained everything very clearly and helped us get a package that fit our needs.
You guys are great, we really appreciate your support and gift and you Don it so well see you soon.
