The house we stayed at was beautiful. We did have sone problems with ants near the window sill over the kitchen sink and we saw a mouse come from behind thw trash in the unit. I called customer service they apologized and gave us a credit for the next vacation. I really didn't expect they would do that ..I just wanted them to know since vacation was coming to an end. Thank you
