Very friendly and knowledgeable
sales person was great, she was trained very well. she sold us. We are happy and pleased
Andre was very knowledgeable about the company. He was personable and made it a good experience. If we had not recently purchased a timeshare we would have definitely went with Sundance Vacations.
The staff was nice. The presentation was light and friendly.
The people were really nice and treated us with respect. Understanding their business model with advertising, everything makes sense and although I felt a little pushed with multiple attempts to sell me packages, they were only following their best practices given this is the only way they advertise. If in a better situation, I would have used them for vacation packages and I would recommend Sundance to those who regularly vacation.
Our visit was very cordial, professional, clear, and concise . All of the associates were very cooperative and lead us through the vacation packages and amenities step by step. During the entire presentation my wife and I did not feel like we were being pressured into purchasing a vacation package. I will recommend Sundance to my friends and colleagues.

Everyone was great. All of our questions were answered and the staff and speaker were very friend and had great positive attitudes. Will definitely recommending this place to other friends and family.
A lot of pressure but overall a good experience.
