Reservations were effortless. Venue was okay. Room impeccably clean. Pool under construction but was able to use indoor pool at other location. Total area was very nice. Bed mattress very hard and uncomfortable. Would chose differently next visit to Myrtle Beach location. We did enjoy the area attractions.
George presented himself very well. He explain the packages so we all understood the advantage of the promotion. Also the gentleman that was finalizing the contract was very informant m. I Thanked them both for such politeness. The ladies in the front desk were very friendly and helpful, you have a wonderful staff and I would recommend this to allay friends and families.
The prices are perfect. Nick was awesome. Unfortunately we did not bring any money that day so we were unable to purchase a package.
It is a great program, just not in our budget right now.

You guys did great. We had a fairly new gentleman and informed us he may need to excuse hiself to consult with his manager , but he he did well. The fact that he was able to convince my husband to buy is seriously an Impossible feat. Need I say more.....
