Everyone was understanding and sincere...did a good job discussing the company and what it offers, but not overly pushy...only wish that it wasn't a one chance only deal. Knew nothing about the company beforehand in order to make a well-informed decision and therefore did not buy any of the packages.

Mr. Joe did a good job explaining the VIP program. He was patient and answered our questions.
I think improvements are needed after the presentation describing in detail the properties that are available. Not enough information is shared about the properties and the destinations that you have available A prospective or potential client should not have to wait until the deal is made ( package purchased ) iin order to find out what properties are available by going to your website..I don't think enough time is spent on the actual properties and destinationsthat are available
