Very professional and friendly
Very polite, informative, patient with my children and over-all a wonderful place!
Everyone was very nice and helpful.
I was impressed when we sat down to talk about the vacation packages. I enjoy the fact that the company gives back to military, first responders and volunteers in discounts. I am glad I went to the presentation and learned about the company and services. Nick was awesome!
The condo was extremely clean and it was well-stocked. The kitchen had everything that you needed and I was impressed with how well maintained all the pots and pans and kitchen equipment was. It was a nice bonus that the firewood was free for the fireplace. Our view was not what I expected with it having a balcony I thought we would have a better View. I thought the environment felt like a marketrue place, but once we sat down one on one with one of the reps, he made us feel that we were the most important in that moment.
We had a terrific time at Gulf Shores Plantation in Alabama. The place was very clean with a lot of amenities and walking distance to the private beach. Restaurant right on the premises with really good food too.
I think the explanations of all the different packages Sundance vacations offer were precise and clear.
