Jon did a great presentation and Tracy was excellent in answering my questions.She explained to me all the benefits of the package. What was most important was the whole Human Experience and I did not feel like I was at the car dealership. Everyone was very respectful and pleasant including the receptionist and the location manager. The only reason I didn't buy the package was because I travel internationally a lot. And I thought it did not suit my lifestyle. I've already started recommending Sundance to friends and family.... read more

Very informative and helpful answered all questions made us happy with the plan we got.
The whole presentation was professional and informative, and every staff member, top to bottom, was genuine, helpful and engaging. My rep Tracy was fantastic!
Lovely resort, beach and especially friendly and attentive staff. Food prices are, however, way too high for the quality and the car rental concessionaire was extremely dishonest and the cause of two days adventures lost.
My experience was great. Representative who took the time to explained to me how Sundance Vacation operates was very pleasant, courteous, informative and kind.
The young gentleman that we spoke to was very polite and helpful.
