Everyone was extremely friendly and nice.
People were very friendly, just was not the right time for us.
Good experience over all. prompt pick up from the airport even though our flight was very late. A week of pampering at a luxury resort. the Plan for Tan folks let us know exactly what to expect. Prompt communication and confirmation from the resort. The only downside was the sneaky way the timeshare "landsharks" captured guests under the guise of shuttle rides back to your building. Note to self...Just say "NO".
