My mom was mistreated during three different services. The person performing the service, was not careful, nor knowledgeable, nor sensitive to my mom's needs. This person will pull my mom's lips as if she was dealing with a dog. When she was done, my mom had to ask for a napkin, and this person had to go to another room to get a paper towel. I have been coming to this dentist since they were Koolsmiles. It has always been a great visit except for this last year. Today 8/20 I walked in a location at 7:55 am and as of now at 11:25 I am still in the office watching people come and go but because I have 4 kids they booked them in blocks. I was told because of how large family's make appointments and cancel them, is why they didn't schedule my kids together. Got braces over a year ago, and theyve delayed all my appointments as well as trying to overcharge me, Ive had an emergency causing me to trying to get an appointment with them the last 2 weeks, they dont reply to calls or emails and they dont give you proper treatment, im currently speaking to an agent hoping this place gets shut down soon and investigated, there over charging you as they did to my dad, hopefully better business bureau takes my complaints seriously and hopefully an investigation launches resulting in the sh... read more

TERRIBLE PLACE! ZERO STARS, IT'S WHAT THEY DESERVE. MY COMPLAINT IS ABOUT HOW THEY WILL CALL YOU OR TEXT YOU A FEW HOURS TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT. THE FIRST TIME THEY DID THAT, I WAS LIKE OK, BUT AFTER THE 5TH TIME...I WAS MAD. THE EXCUSE WERE THE SAME: THE HIGENIST HAD AN ACCIDENT OR SOMETHING COME UP AND HAD TO GO HOME; WE DON'T HAVE A DENTIST HERE TODAY; WE ARE SHORT HANDED, AND THE EXCUSES WENT ON AND ON. Very unprofessional! I chose sunnybrook to get my braces from and it has been nothing but problems problems problems! I don't even feel that this money is worth paying to this finance company with the lack of workers *********** has they can't even accommodate you. Are they not paying the employees enough? I'm going to contact labor laws because this has to be illegal to be having one dentist over see the whole clinic and if he's on leave everyone appointment has to be pushed back. This is a shame. Like others, if I could leave less than 1 star I would. My son had an appointment at 3:00. We arrived and checked in at 2:45. By 3:30, others who arrived after us were being seen, and we had not been called by 3:30. So, I checked with the woman at the reception desk, and she "forgot" to give us some additional paperwork so our arrival was never submitted. After completing the paperwork, we waited until 4:00. If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. I have NEVER left a negative review for any business until now. Their communication is absolutely horrible. I have several stories after taking 5 children there, and my husband but I'll stick with my husband's experience.He went there as an adult patient for a cavity. They referred him to an endontist for a root canal. Horrible service, staff has no common or book sense, they schedule appointments during their lunch breaks and of course chose their lunch over their patients. They are so unorganized and communication levels are very low. They are over scheduling people and asking g you to show up 15 mins early.
