We had 4 appointments since June 2023 and they have ALL been cancelled by the practice. The office is closed, no hygienist, no dentist and no staffing. We get confirmations and we confirm and the day before the appointment get a text cancellation. We make plans to go and then *******, ** office cancels. No one answers the number listed to call. I had my 6mos checkup yesterday and since the ************** location closed, we automatically thought that we needed to go to *******. We enter the office to two ladies who are yelling at each other behind the counter and not paying attention to anything. Finally we get checked in and did paper work but we waited FOREVER to be called back, after we go back to get x-rays, the girl that did them got a little attitude with me! i cannot believe that she did. If I could give a 0 star rating I definitely would. I had 6 teeth removed on a Saturday morning, by an oral surgeon. First he sent the prescriptions to the WRONG pharmacy. When I finally got that taken care of, I discovered that I was given: an antibiotic a steroid for inflammation and pain (that can only be taken in the morning) a mouth wash and EXTRA STRENGTH TYLENOL ***** MG every 8 hours. They had me and my 6 yr old son waiting for 2 hours and still no service was done . I told the front desk lady I was leaving and ** trying to transfer him to a new location honestly . They are ratchet and bums . They laugh and play around . Its one main doctor who walked back and forth prancing and singing the music that had all loud . Then got upset when I said I was not ********* Race shouldn't have been a contributing factor to me getting my teeth cleaned. My kids have been apart of this Dentisry for over a decade and I am very disappointed with what has transpired our last visit. First off our appointments were rescheduled 3 times, when I went in the second time the assistant at the front desk told me she didnt see any appointments for my kids and that the online portal doesnt work for appointments so they wouldnt get our appointment confirmations. This is by far the worst dental/orthodontist in *******, **. Whenever I bring my girls here the wait it always long and the staff are always unpleasant.Today the receptionist called me at 1:15 asking me to bring my daughter up to their facility to retrieve her retainer (that took almost a week to make & $500 later). I ask the business hours and was told that we have to be there by 3pm because the doctor is leaving and not returning until 9/12/3. The staff lie about appointments being made and are extremely rude! Don't trust taking a child here!!
If I could I wouldn't even give them one star they're out in the hard way to clean my issues out loud
