I have been a patient for years. Marquita is the best hygenist. I also want to give kudos to this practice for going to underdeveloped countries and volunteering locally-as seen in an Waterbury Republican article.
Professionalism at its finest! I had my first experience at Sunrise Family Dental yesterday, what a pleasure. The office was a spotless, high-tech wonder and the staff were lovely. Awesome dental group. Everyone in the office is always willing to put forth extra effort in order to insure the patients have the most comprehensive care. I was impressed recently when I had a dental emergency and they made time for me to be seen that day! I would highly recommend them!
Charged for a procedure the office knew my insurance would not cover and I was stuck paying the bill. I was a long time patient, and so were my kids, but we will not be back. I was upset enough to contact the licensing department here in CT since no one at the office could explain to me why they felt this procedure was necessary.
