Very disappointed. My last visit I wasn't seen until 1/2 hour late. I was out in 15 minutes without being seen by the dentist and just got slammed with a bill that had "periodic evaluation" on it with a balance due! I will never be back. I will make sure my kids are never back, as well.

I went to this office for a small toothache. I ended up having one root canal and two cavities filled. Once they finished filling my cavities, a couple of days after my teeth started hurting so badly. I called the office and asked them what was going on. Whoever I spoke with told me the dentist may have drilled my tooth all the way to the nerves! Then they said that I have to do another root canal. Very rude front desk. Made an appointment for my daughter, received email confirmation and a text message the day before my appointment. I confirmed via text. Left work early to take my daughter. Called upon arrival due to covid and AJ told me she wasn't on the schedule. I triple checked all my messages and sure enough I had the correct day and time. They told me they could squeeze me in but i would have to wait 20-30 minutes. Not very apologetic for the time i wasted. Also no explanation on how that happened. I could not s... read more
