Sunrise house was an overall excellent experience for me. They were encouraging from the first phone call i made and gently relieved any reservations or fears of taking to first step to a sober lifestyle. There was a significant staff presence and they were all willing and able to be helpful from a professional to a personal level. My experience at the Sunrise House was very pleasant. The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. Ms Gonzalez was very helpful with helping me fill out the paperwork for FMLA and short term disability. I would not have been able to detox without them. I am very grateful to them.

The counselors were fantastic. The groups and lectures were wonderful and I took something away from every session. My counselor Linda Schmidt was amazing, attentive, available and helped me so much through this process.

My initial experience was calling the Addiction Treatment Call Center. I spoke with a representative name Michelle don\'t know her last name . Michelle mislead me to believe that my 1199SEIU health insurance was accepted for all services Detox along with the length of residential stay. Michelle even asked me what length of stay i would like. Once at Sunrise House Treatment Center i learned after my detox that my insurance only covered detox.
