It was an eye opener for me. There's nice people here everyone is helpful.
Most of the staff as individuals were awesome, but this place as a facility is an absolute shit show. The CEO claims to have weekly meetings with the community, but I have not met her a single time. She is rude, condescending, and racist according to many other patients I have spoken with. Even every single staff member I have talked to has said the CEO is terrible and the rehab has gone downhill since she started. The staff here is very caring and sees to your needs in a professional manner. The facility is rough around the edges, but overall a very good experience.
This facility was very informative and helpfull. staff and councilers where respecifule,helpfull and nice. The only downfall this facility has here is medical witch i believe stems from management they need more med staff on the weekend mostly.. i mised meds cause i was geting my meds to late cause of the wait.
Great team and great nursing staff, convinced me to stay and get the help, and were strong on the word "HELP".. I am detoxed.
Consular (Amanda), Irene in discharge department and rest of the staff including Joe (TA) are very knowledgeable and courteous. I am very thankful to everyone of them!!
