The care provided was definitely helpful. The team seemed a bit short staffed but were incredibly kind and helpful in taking care of my transition through detox.
this was a wonderful set of people to be around im glad i got in when i did the facility is short staffed so tension is pretty high sometimes . seems like there could be more interaction with patients esspecialy when detox only

The counselors (shout out to Jessie) and majority of the staff have been great. They are currently under new management so there are a lot of changes that have impacted the amount of groups, there is too much free time, inconsistent rules, and no structure. Nurse Kelly, Nurse Tim and Nurse Celeste are the best. Rita should be hired as a counselor!!!
I thank everyone for helping me get back on my feet. There's a few people I'm going to miss, Jess TA, James TA, Caroline TA, Caitlin, and Glorious. Thank you everyone

I went in to Sunrise House very anxious about the experience because I had no idea what to expect, but the staff, both administrative and clinical, were so kind and empathetic, and the other patients were so warm and welcoming and empathetic that my worries were dismantled almost immediately. I got myself well again with their help, but also had fun doing it because I was among such amazing caring people, staff and patient alike.
Taylor is the best counselor and deserves a raise.
discharge planning was great with finding me a good IOP.
